Privacy policy

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, company, email, phone number and, for deliveries, your address.
• Order details: what you ask us to print, quantities, deadlines, notes, proofs and your approvals (including the name you approve with, the time and the IP address, so we have a record of what was approved).
• Files you upload: artwork, logos and photos for your jobs.
• Billing records: estimates, invoices and payments. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• Messages: emails and texts between you and us about your orders.
• Technical data: basic server logs, sign-in cookies for our customer portal and staff tools, and your browser’s local storage for your shopping cart. We keep a one-way, salted fingerprint of your IP address for a short time to stop abuse of our forms; we don’t store the address itself for that purpose. We don’t use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To price, produce, proof, deliver and invoice your orders.
• To send you order updates by email and, if you opt in, by text message (see our SMS terms).
• To keep our accounting records, including in QuickBooks.
• To answer your questions and keep your files ready for reorders.
• To protect our site and our customers from fraud and abuse.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use your information for advertising.

Text messages

If you opt in to texts, we use your mobile number only to send messages about your quotes, proofs, orders and invoices. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the messaging providers that deliver our texts. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the business, each limited to what they need:

• Website and database hosting (Railway, Supabase)
• Email and text message delivery (our email provider and Twilio)
• Card payment processing
• Accounting (Intuit QuickBooks)
• Print or finishing partners, when a job needs one, receiving only what they need to make it

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

How long we keep it

We keep order, invoice and payment records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. We keep artwork so you can reorder easily; ask us and we’ll delete files you no longer want us to keep. Abandoned uploads are deleted automatically within a day or two.

How we protect it

Connections to our site are encrypted. Your files are stored privately and only shared through expiring links. Customers can see only their own records, staff access depends on their role, and staff sign in with two-step verification.

Your choices

• Stop texts by replying STOP, or turn them off in your customer portal.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing print@sobegraphics.com or calling 305.884.4008. We may need to keep some records that the law requires.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
