Quotes and prices

Prices shown on the site are for the options shown, before sales tax and delivery. Estimates are valid for the period stated on them. Custom work is priced from the details you give us; if the job changes, the price may too, and we’ll tell you before we go ahead.

Your artwork

• You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you send us, including logos, photos and text, and that printing it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights.
• We may refuse work that is unlawful, infringing or offensive.
• Follow our file guidelines for best results. If a file isn’t print-ready (for example, low resolution), we’ll let you know; if you ask us to print it anyway, we can’t guarantee the result.

Proofs and approval

When we send a proof, please check it carefully: spelling, numbers, layout, colors and size. Once you approve a proof, we print it as approved, and corrections after approval may be charged as a new job. Pre-approved business card templates may go straight to production without a proof.

Color and materials

Colors on screen and between materials vary; we match as closely as the process allows. Small variations in color, trim and quantity (overs and unders) are normal in printing.

Turnaround

Ready dates are estimates in business days and start once we have your approved files (and any required deposit). Rush service is available on many products for an added fee. We’re not responsible for delays outside our control.

Payment

Online orders are paid at checkout. For estimates and invoices, payment terms are shown on the document, including any deposit. Florida sales tax applies unless a valid exemption certificate is on file. Unpaid orders may be held until paid.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Everything we make is custom. You can change or cancel an order free of charge until it goes to production; after that, work already done may be charged. If we made a mistake (the job doesn’t match your approved proof or is defective), tell us within 7 days of pickup or delivery and we’ll reprint it or refund it. That’s our full responsibility for any order.

Pickup and delivery

Orders are ready for pickup at our shop unless you choose local delivery. Please pick up within 30 days of the ready date. Delivery times are estimates; risk passes to you when the order is picked up or delivered.

Your account

Keep access to your email secure: our customer portal signs you in with a link sent to it. Links we send for proofs, estimates and invoices let anyone who has them view that document, so don’t forward them unless you mean to.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or missed events).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
